Fiber Laser Marking Work Stations

Fiber lasers are manufactured from fiber optics.  Fiber lasers provide a very stable laser beam mode and power level.  Fiber lasers are excellent for deep laser engraving, and engraving where consistency is required for large production runs.

Fiber lasers offer several advantages over traditional lamp pump lasers.  These advantages include better energy efficiency, compare 28% on the fiber versus 2% for the lamp pump.  Where lamp pump require the flash lamp to be replaced every 300 hours, the fiber optic has no consumables.  Maintenance is simpler as there is no need for optical alignment after changing a lamp.  Also, fiber optic lasers are air cooled, which reduces maintenance, energy consumption, and size.  In the past ten years, many fiber laser markers have been sold, even though their upfront cost is significantly higher than other types of lasers.

With a small, compact size, the Fiber Laser Work Station comes in a variety of laser powers to meet your requirements.  Laser powers of 5 10, 12, and 20 watts meet the majority of marking requirements.  Designed in each fiber laser is an optical isolator that prevents back-reflection and damage to the fiber laser.

The fiber laser optic oscillator marking station has the advantage of high beam quality and high reliability.  It also can be utilized  for deep engraving. Fiber lasers are widely employed in markets such as electronics, kitchen and bathroom appliance, medical devices, watch and clock manufacture, plastic and metal tools and more.

Fiber Optic LasersFiber optic lasers operate in the low infrared region of the spectrum, at 1064 nanometers.

The 1064 nm wavelength is excellent for laser marking metals such as steel, and a limited set of nonmetal materials such as some plastics.
